Encore Youth Theater Scholarship Recommendation Form

This form will aid the Encore Youth Theater Scholarship Committee with the evaluation of the student’s scholarship application. The information you provide below is one part of the total evaluation of the applicant’s eligibility for the scholarship. Initiated in 2005, and continuing each year as funds allow, Encore Youth Theater, in association with the Hartland Players, will present a one-time scholarship of up to $500 to a graduating high school senior/s to be used at the college of his or her choice. This scholarship recognizes students who have demonstrated special ability in and dedication to the theater. Recipients are not required to declare a Theater major. Please return this form to the applicant prior to the deadline. Thank you. Application/Postmark deadline is Friday April 7, 2023.
